Returns Policy – Spice and Spine Books

At Spice and Spine Books, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, books must be:

• In their original condition
• Unread and unused
• Free from damage, marks, writing, or creases
• Returned with any original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been personalised, signed by request, or specially ordered may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue.

We will review the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How to Return an Item

To request a return:

1. Contact Spice and Spine Books with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation before sending your item back.
3. Package the book securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived faulty.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a book for another title, please contact us and we will advise whether an exchange is possible based on stock availability.
